Any personal belongings left for more than one hour after the event concludes are turned over to venue guest services and can be retrieved by contacting the venue's Lost and Found.

  • Amway Center - Orlando Magic

    During an event, stop by the Guest Services Desk or ask a security staff member for assistance. After an event, call security at 407.440.7010 to inquire about a lost item or visit our lost and found page. All found items are logged and secured for 90 days.

  • Frost Bank Center - San Antonio Spurs

    If you lost an item during an event, please contact the nearest AT&T Center staff member for assistance. You may also turn in any found items at our Guest Services locations, near Sections 101 or 206. Items will be held for 30 days with unclaimed items donated to charity. On non-event days, please call the AT&T Center at 210-444-5012 for lost item information.

  • Chase Field - AZ Diamondbacks

    During an event, Lost and Found items may be turned in/claimed at our Guest Relations Centers located on the Main Concourse across from section 128 or on the Upper Concourse across from section 322.

  • Dignity Health Sports Park - LA Galaxy

  • Empower Field and Mile High Stadium - Denver Broncos

    Lost and found items should be taken to the nearest Guest Relations Center on the same level they were found. On Broncos game days, lost and found items will be held at the Guest Relations Center they were turned in at until the stadium has been cleared on that level. Any unclaimed items will be transferred to the main Lost and Found once the stadium has been cleared. Following the game, please call 720-258-3889 to inquire about any lost items. Items will be held for 30 days.

  • Kaseya Center - Miami Heat

    On game and event days, you may inquire about lost items at any open Guest Services Booth. Otherwise, call Command Center (Arena Security) at 786.777.1132, to inquire if an item has been recovered. The FTX Arena is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • Hard Rock Stadium

  • LoanDepot Park - Miami Marlins

    Guests inquiring about a lost item or turning in a lost item may do so by locating a Guest Services Zone Leader located throughout the Promenade Level. To inquire via phone, Guests should call (305) 480-1300 Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Non-business hours and weekend inquiries can be made by calling (305) 480-5120.

  • Nationals Park - Washington Nationals

    Contact admin@binboxlockers.com to receive information on how to retrieve your items. 

  • Nationwide Arena

    During non-event hours, inform the Guest to contact Nationwide Arena Security Lost & Found at (614) 246-4632. Security personnel will speak with the Guest directly regarding exactly how to retrieve their item (if found). This line is staffed 24/7 including holidays.

  • Oriole Park at Camden Yards - Baltimore Orioles

    Lost and found items should be taken to any Fan Assistance Kiosk. Fans inquiring about lost items should reach out to the Orioles Fan Services team at Orioles.com/ContactUs or via phone at 888-848-BIRD the following business day after 9:30 a.m.


  • Q2 Stadium - Austin FC

    If personal items are left in the lockers following the event, guests can follow up via email to 


    GuestServices@AustinFC.com and reference the Lost and Found policy within this guide.

  • Tacoma Dome

    At an event, please contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance. Lost and found is located at the 24-Hour Security office at the Tacoma Dome and can be reached by calling 253.593.7652. Lost items will be kept for one month; those unclaimed after that time will be donated to charity. In most cases, any unclaimed credit or debit cards are destroyed immediately as recommended by the issuing financial institution.

  • T-Mobile Arena

    Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items should inquire about picking up items that were turned in by filling out this FORM.

    T-Mobile Arena assumes no responsibility for lost items at any event.

  • Toyota Center

    If you lose an item during an event, please contact Toyota Center Guest Relations for assistance. Found items can be turned in to any Guest Relations Booth. Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after 30 days. For assistance on non-event days, please contact the Guest Relations Department at 713-758-7230.
